At the time of writing this, Dato' Husam Musa is challenging for the post of PAS Deputy Presidency. He will compete for the post with the incumbent Dato Nasharuddin. Does YB Husam Musa (currently Kelantan PAS Deputy Commissioner 2) has what it takes to be the new PAS Deputy President?
Dato Husam is a very good politician and very smart and wise. But can Dato Husam Musa who is not a well known figure in religious field, works together with Tuan Guru Haji Hadi to make PAS as a formidable force in Malaysian political landscape?
Or really, does YB Husam has the mettle and charisma to be a great leader? Will Dato Husam one day take over from TG Nik Aziz as the new MB of Kelantan? That is a really tall order and really a big shot to call.
Can Kelantanese peoples give hope that Husam will make Kelantan as a better place for them?
Deputy President of PAS is a big post. YB Husam even has been considered by kickdefella (his special officer) as a Deputy PM should Pakatan Rakyat won the next GE.
Well, Husam is better than Muhyiddin in figures and presenting facts. But it will be a really big win needed by Pakatan to realize this to ever happen. A truly big shock wave of another political tsunami. But it can happen anyhow.
Husam, I think got what it takes (connection and all) to be PAS Deputy President. Though the thought of Husam as Deputy President of PAS is quite scary (for UMNO and PAS alike).
For this time, we could just wait and see. By the next General Election hopefully we will, after all having a new PM. But that person must not be Haji Hadi, sorry to say. He must be DS Anwar Ibrahim, I believe. Do you think so? Or perhaps I was reading too much of Kickdefella?
Updated PAS polls result: Dato Husam lost in his bid to be the Deputy president of PAS. He however retains his place in the PAS highest council as a member. In the next PAS polls he won as a PAS Vice President instead ( a number 3 post). He should be in a good stead should Pakatan Rakyat won in the next General Election, i.e the 13 th General Election.
