How to wake up early in the morning

Sleeping in the cold morning with no noise and no heat is one of the best thing in life. You cuddle your lover, nothing to think, nothing to argue, nothing to fight. It's almost heaven! That's why it is sooooo very difficult to be an early riser.

Being an early riser is a good thing. But many people struggle to do this. How to exactly be an early riser? It's not easy but it can really be done. How many important things that you missed since you overslept?

What most of us would do when our alarm goes off in the morning? Yes, many of us will turn off the alarm sound and continue to sleep a little bit more. We snooze a bit. Then a bit more. Until we realize that it was already too late to make the day with a calm head without rushing. We rush to go to bathroom, rush to dress ourselves, rush to drive our car, and then rush to punch onto the punch clock at our workplace.

Most of us want the best in life. Deep inside our heart we want to be good. We want to be an early riser. But that is easier said than done. The desire to rise earlier in the morning just stay as desire. Sleep early in the morning is too good to be missed is it not? Even breakfast is not that important?

We want to change this, but somehow we just keep repeating the same thing day in, day out. Let do something to change this. Start with changing our mindset. Mind is the master of our body and determine our actions, all actions good or bad. Discipline is the key to success. That is it. Without discipline we cannot go further in almost anything! Be it sport, finance, or even love life. This is not a "you can do it" speech. This is straightforward explanation.

Could you imagine yourself that you wake up 5 am in the morning without any struggle or whine. But instead you wake up eagerly, full of zest, energy, and looking forward for a great day. You say some prayer to God and you are on, facing life with a high spirit? Imagine it.

Among the tips that I have learnt from Steve on how to be an early riser is to have a fixed wake up time. No matter how early or how late you go to sleep, you must wake up at a fixed time every day. Your body will adapt accordingly by forcing you to sleep early if you sleep late the night earlier and the other way round if you sleep early.

Another tip to wake up early is to stay away from your bed as fast as possible when you wake up. Stretch a bit, wake up immediately and then just go straight to washroom, take a shower and go on. It will be difficult at first but with the right rhythm, you should be able to do and instead enjoy the process.  

Being an early riser is a feat that could be achieved if you have the determination and the right attitude towards life. Life with a purpose. If you have something to do such as go to work, attend interview, exam or anything worthwhile, you will most likely wake up early.

For Muslim you should wake up early to read Koran, pray early in the morning, think about life and death, ponder on our mistakes and so on. Wake up early is about being strong in life!

Aishah the prophet Muhammad (pbuh) reported that The Prophet said: Pray before dawn is better than earth and all it's belonging.

So Muslim, wake up early and you shall be rewarded more than earth and all its' bounty!

Wake up early or being and early riser may seem like some trivial thing. But do it consistently and you could see how it could change your entire life course. So wake up early guys!
