Solution for premature ejaculation

Premature ejaculation is a condition where a man ejaculates way too early before they really want it to happen. In some extreme cases, the man ejaculates immediately after entering the woman without doing any serious penetration. 

Premature ejaculation is not a critically serious problem but it can makes an intimate relationship to be unsatisfactory because the time spent on it shall be too brief. • Clomipramine (Anafranil) also sometimes prescribed to treat Premature ejaculation. It help to delay ejaculatory respond. Be cautious with it side effect and most importantly, do not overdose it.
• Anaesthetic creams that contain lidocaine or prilocaine that can dull or depress the sensation on the penis to make men stay hard longer. The side effect is that it make the men fell a reduced sensation making it less feel or joy.
• A treatment called intra-cavernous pharmacotheraphy. It is a clinical method of injecting a drug called vasodilator directly into the penis so that they would have more control and could maintain a hard penis longer. This is a method used by companies such as Florida men's Medical Clinic, Boston Medical Group, and some others.
• Brutal 31 oil, a desensitize oil that could prolong the hardness time by making the men's sexual organ to be stiffer, hence making man to stay hard longer. 

So that's the list of clinical treatments men can choose to apply in dealing with premature ejaculation. However, if men do not opt for clinical treatment there are other various natural treatments such as by taking herbs such as Tongkat Ali, exercising with the right technique such as Kegel exercise, and also by applying start and stop technique as told by Masters and Johnson.
