Ir Nizar, with his quality should win this bi election to show that bukit gantang wanted him as 'MB of Perak' by putting him to Parliment of Malaysia and contribute to National Agenda.
Having said that, pls be aware of the 'feel good factor' of the new PM, that might swing the votes to BN instead. Freeing 2 hindraf leaders from ISA can be seen as a move to swing Indian votes to BN.
