The main purpose of the study performed is to detect the extent of which factors affect the ability of each spouse to become pregnant.

One of the way they use is based on the study of saliva as an indicator to detect the level of fertility of each pair being tested. Results from those studies have found that the difficult group to conceive are couples who have high level of alpha-amylase enzyme levels in saliva. For your information, the presence of alpha-amylase enzyme is a clear indication which tells that you are in a state of tension or stress.

So through this study we get a certain lesson to us that the stress or the stress factors will cause us some difficulty in getting pregnant. It's that easy, right? 


So to facilitate and make it easy to get pregnant you firstly should avoid yourself from getting stress either at work or from domestic job. Go out with your pair to beautiful and calm places. Go to places that could give you calmness and happiness. The example is like beautiful island, beach, or countryside. So going honeymoon is indeed good thing to have a better chance of getting pregnant.

The second factor why it is difficult to get pregnant is a little bit interesting. Again, it's about the woman. I mean the factor that affects pregnancy chances are white vaginal discharge problem among women.
